Cancer,
Take a Hike!

A supportive hiking community created by and for people affected by cancer.

Whether you’re newly out of treatment, years into recovery, or simply finding your way back to yourself, you are welcome here. Our hikes are about participation, not performance. Enjoying the fresh air, friendship and moving at your own pace.

There's no pressure to be a mountain goat. No judgement. Just the steady, powerful act of moving forward and putting one foot in front of the other.

After a cancer diagnosis, it’s normal for your energy, confidence, and physical ability to change from day to day. We understand that and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Each of our hikes are led by experienced guides, with lived experience of cancer. We understand the needs of cancer survivors and prioritise care, awareness, and safety. Every hike is clearly graded, offering options from short, slow, and gentle, to longer, more challenging hikes when you feel ready.

So lace up those boots and come join us as we collectively tell cancer to take a hike!

Fancy telling cancer to "take a hike" with us?
